This 21-page Top Surgery Post-op Guide Back to Exercise & Workout Plan is designed for those who have recently had top surgery, have recovered for at least 4 weeks after their surgery, and are now approved by their doctor or surgeon to begin reintroducing exercise and easing back into workouts. 

I have created this program based on my personal experience with peri-areolar top surgery recovery, and my extensive personal training background. I am translating the information I have learned from my operation and recovery for all top surgery methods.

This program will take you through a series of stages - from fully sedentary to working back up to regular, heavy weight and strenuous exercise. Each stage builds on the previous. Take the time and take care of yourself with someone (and trainer) who has been through the process... this new beautiful chest of yours is for life!

Plan includes: Introduction & Summary, Range of Motion Exercises & Stretches, 5 Stages of Exercise Plans, Workout Tips to be successful, Cardio, How to Stay Motivated, Supplements, Eating Guidelines, and Example Workouts for each stage of recovery.
