We all need that hands-on support to kick-start our journey. However, once that foundation is laid, it makes sense to pay for less support when you need less of it, right?! Just like going to school, you go, you learn, you graduate, and you carry on. This is why NRG Fitness Training is different.
When you join me, ideally you will work with me for three months starting with my most hands-on option of Tier 1 Custom Training. During this time I can get to know you, know how I can best help set you up for success and we’ll take a dive deep into your training, nutrition, movement technique, and habits together. Those 3x/wk check-ins, form checks and monthly catch-ups? They're your secret weapons to stay on track and crush those goals – with my full support and accountability.
Tier 2 Custom Training is your go to coaching option with weekly check-ins. For those who still need in-person support and accountability, but don't necessarily need me there as often.
Some months, you might find that you want more support, so you can scale up as and when you need to. Maybe you're gearing up for a competition, or you're in the prep or recovery phase of Top Surgery. Perhaps you realize your nutrition needs a bit of work.
